Will be exposed to Public Sale
On Saturday, the 12th of January next, at 1 o'clock, P.M., on the premises;
One moiety or undivided half part of a valuable farm,
Late the property of Andrew Weiler, dec'd.
Laying in the Coventry township, Chester county, adjoining lands of Joseph Reiff, Isaac Price, Jacob Root, and river Schuylkill.
Containing 80 acres
more or less, about 4 of which are good Meadow. The stable land is of excellent quality, conveniently divided into fields, containing a variety of fruit trees, with a stream of water flowing through the premises.
The improvements are a new stone house, a large stone BArn and Waggon-House, a stone Spring-House over a never failing spring of water near the dwelling, and other out buildings. The buildings are handsomely situated near a public road leading to Pottstown, about a quarter of a mile from the same -- and 36 miles from Philadelphia. The Schuylkill canal passes advantageously through the same - a very commodious basin or wharf can be made with little expense -- In short, it will be the best stand near Pottstown for public business of almost any kind.

The buildings are a large and commodious Mansion House, on a commanding eminence with the village of Phoenixville in full view -- with a Milk House, Smoke House and Carriage House. The farm buildings are a large two story stone Dwelling House, a Spring House and Wash House., two stories -- a pair of Corn-Cribs and a stone Switzer Barn, 109 feet long -- there is a variety of the best fruit, and a number of excellent springs of water, the greater part of the land has a handsome southern aspect, and might be advantageously divided into several plantations -- there ios a limekiln on the farm, and the business of lime burning carried on to advantage.
