PROBATE NOTICE 15 Feb. 1876
STATE of MICHIGAN. County of Branch, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the county of Branch, , holden at the Probate office in the city of Coldwater, on Monday, the 7d day of February, in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six.
Present. David N. Green, Judge of Probate.
In the matter of the estate of John Jameson deceased.
On reading and filing the petition, duly verified of Leah Jameson, wife of said deceased, praying among other things,for the probate of an instrument in writing heretofore filed in this court purporting to be the last will and testament of John Jameson deceased.
Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the 7th day of March 1876, at 11 o'clock, in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and all persons interested in the estate of said deceased, are required to appear at the session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate office in the city of Coldwater, and show cause. If there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate of the pendancy of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Coldwater Republican, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county of Branch, for three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.

In the matter of the estate of Peter C. Fiero deceased.
On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Charles Fiero, praying among other things for the probate of an instrument in writing heretofore filed in this court purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased.
Thereupon it is ordered that Thursday, the 2d day of March, 1876, at 10 'clock in the forenoon be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and the legatees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at the session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate office in the city of Coldwater, and show cause. If there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
