Death of Mr. Crowninshield. Mr. Bacon announced the death of his Colleague, the Hon. JACOB CROWINSHIELD, a delegate from Massachusetts. The House resolved to appoint a committee to superintend the funeral; to wear crape for one month; to attend the funeral tomorrow, and to notify the Senate.

DIED:
In this town, on the 17th inst John, aged 6 mo., eldest son of the late John Underwood.
On Wednesday, much lamented by all who knoew him, Maj. JAMES H. ELLIOT, Aid de Camp to the Major General of the First Division of the Militia of this Commonwealth, aged. 26. The funeral will be from the house of his father, in Federal Street, Tomorrow. The relations and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend.
The procession will move precisely at 4 o'clock.
Those officers of the First Division who can with convenience attend the Funeral of the late Major Elliot, are invited to assemble at the Rev. Mr. Channing's Meeting House, in Federal Street, tomorrow, at 4 o'clock. PM. in uniform.

Mr. Chaning's Meeting House, Federal Street, tomorrow, the 23rd inst at 4 o'clock, P.M. in Uniform, with usual badges of mourning.

On Wednesday night, Mrs. Sally Frank, wife of Mr. Phillip Francks, aged 53. The Funeral to be this afternoon, at 4 o'clock, from her brother's house in Essex Street, which the friends and acquaintance are requested to attend without farther notice.
At Watertown, on the 4th inst., Mr. Horace Pratt, painter, aged 22, eldest son of the widow Pratt, of Medfield. In the death of this young man, society has lost a valuable member; for sincerity and virtue governed all his actions. His manners were affable; his disposition amiable, and his honor and integrity uncorruptible. His friends and acquaintence mourn his departure with sincere regret; but the grave cannot conceal his virtues, the brilliancy of his worth shall remain till the splendour of the sun shall be forever withdrawn from our view.
At Andover, on the 23d ult., the Hon. ISAAC STEARNS, esq., aged 86. He lived 60 years in the marriage state with one wife - had 12 children - 62 grand children -- and 22 great grandchildren.

A Foundling
