Local Base Ball
The New London nine and the City of New yorks has a game yesterday that resulted in favor of the former by a score of 8 to 3. The City of Worcesters and the NEw londons will play Monday on the Harbor grounds, game to be called at 3 p.m. Twenty -five dollars is the prize to be contested for.
It is probably that a large number of local base ball enthisiasts will go to Mystic today to see the club of that place and the Ivorytons contest for honors on the diamond.
