Lula Belle Mickle [scrapbook] was born 12 Nov 1890 in Fenton, Whiteside Cty, ILL. She died probably between 1920-1930.

Went missing around this time. She was living in Galesburg, Illinois when she met a tobacco salesman from England and went to Chicago. His name was Kenneth Regan. Said she was going to divorce her first husband and marry Kenneth.
She is found in the 1920 census married to tobacco salesman Kenneth Regan in Kaw, Kansas City, Missouri. He wasn't from England as it says he was born in Illinois in one census and in Indiana in the next. Kenneth shows up in 1930 census Reeves County, Texas married to Bessie.
