Dante

Dante (Dan) D. Cistulli II, of Unionville, passed away
unexpectedly on Monday (January 26, 2004). He was born
in New Britain, on March 27, 1953. Dan grew up in
Bristol and graduated from St. Paul's H.S. in 1971
before moving to Unionville in 1993. Dante was
employed by the Danaher Corporation in Bristol where
he worked as a quality technician supervisor. Prior to
working at Danaher, he was a partner and owner of
Rivers Music in Bristol. He was an avid musician,
having played guitar in several local bands over the
past 30 years including Good Head, 4forU and The
Common Ground All-stars. He was passionate about the
NY Yankees, fly-fishing and was an active member of
the Metacon Gun Club. He loved keeping busy with
numerous projects and hobbies including woodworking,
fly-tying, cooking and collecting memorabilia. Dan was
a fun loving and giving man and devoted father and
husband. He always found ways to help other people and
to make people laugh.
